Thank you for taking the time to consider me doing a commissioned artwork for you. Below I have set out the process of how to commission your art piece from me.

Before I go into detail about prices and the process involved I must highlight a few important points;

1) I only do Black & White graphite pencil drawings.

2) The only size paper I currently work with are:

A4 (20 x 30 cm / 210mm x 297mm) & A3 (30 x 40 cm / 297mm x 420mm).

3) I only draw from high resolution digital photos.

4) I am currently only open to commisions from those who reside in the U.K, but will open up to other countries in the future.

5) In order for me to commence with your drawing, a 50% payment of the full amount is required for me to start your art piece.

6) And lastly I only accept PayPal as payment.

First Steps

In order for us to proceed please follow the next few simple steps.

1. In order for me to give you a quote of how much your commission will be I will need a high resolution jpeg image of the photo you want drawn sent to this email address at pentacularartist@yahoo.co.uk.

2. I will then give you a quote (price will include Postage & Packaging) and an estimate of how long it will take to complete.

3. If you are happy to continue email me back stating so, and I will then email you what will happen next.

Due to the complicated nature of custom Fanart, the prices will vary depending on the complexity of the piece. I will therefore discuss what you want with you and then give you a quote.

Next Steps

If you are happy with the quote I provided you for your commission, there are just a few more quick and simple steps to take before I can start.

---

1) In order for me to commence with your drawing, a 50% payment via PayPal of the full amount is required for me to start your art piece (I only accept PayPal).

2) Once half the payment is cleared, an invoice and proof of the payment will be sent via email to you and I will then commence with the work.

3) During the drawing process I will send you regular updates of the piece in progress.

4) Once I get to the half way stage, I will then email the drawing to you. And will also ask if you are happy with the way it is going and if you are satisfied for me to finish the drawing. If you agree for me to carry on, this will be an agreement between us, for me to complete the piece.  And that the outstanding 50% balance will be paid once it is fully completed.

5) I then send you further updates, and once the drawing is then completed, I will then send you the final piece via a mid res jpeg.

6) When you are then happy with the final piece, you then you pay the 50% outstanding balance via PayPal.  

7)  Once the final payment is cleared an invoice and proof of the payment will be sent to you via email. I will then send your commissioned artwork securely and protected via tracked delivery.  And will also email you a full resolution digital copy.

Terms & Conditions and refund policy

---

1. At any time up until stage 4 (outlined above) of the process I am happy to give a full refund of the 50% upfront payment if you are not happy to continue.
2. But if you agree to carry on after stage 4, the 50% upfront payment then becomes non-refundable as a substantial amount of time, materials and work would have been put into the piece by this point.
3. If the drawing has been fully completed and fully paid for and posted, and you have received it, a refund is then not possible.
4. If for any reason there is an issue with the drawing once you receive it, and it cannot be resolved online or on the phone. I will then accept the drawing if it is posted back to me, and I will then try my upmost to resolve the issue and will post it back to you once the issue has been rectified.
5. Although I will endeavour to resolve any problem. In the unlikely event that the issue cannot be resolved, I can only sincerely apologise. And the drawing will be posted back to you, but a full refund will still not be possible. But I will agree to refund a small percentage of the final amount depending on the severity of the issue.
6. Any issues or problems must be brought to my attention within 6 weeks of the commission being received.
