'Predator' graphite drawingby *Pen-Tacular-Artist

A graphite drawing of the 'predator' which I done to compliment my 'Alien' drawing [link].

The predator along with alot of other classic sci-fi films from the 80's is one of my favourite films, and the predator character is an iconic alien design up there with the 'Alien'.

Here are some of my other 'fanart' graphite drawings.

The drawing was done on A3 bristol board with standard and mechanical graphite pencils.

The drawing was done from a predator toy ad, the reference i used is here [link]. But I had to add lots of extra details such as the nodules on the head, skulls on the suit etc.

I am quite the fan of Predator. It was by far one of the best movies made in that time. I am overjoyed to see a perfect rendering of him in all his glory. I am especially happy to see that you drew him without his protective mask, therefore showcasing his true face. I like this artwork so much that I was inspired to actually made my own version of this, nowhere as good as this but still an attempt. The shading is truly exquisite and the eyes look truly evil and malicious.
A truly fantastic job on your part...
