Well what can I say.. This is simply breathtaking! The detail on this is truly amazing! I loved the way you have styled her hair although i personally would have preferred to see it loose. Her expression is real nice, not too much of a smile but a smile nevertheless. The eyes are the best part of the picture, they look as real as a pencil sketch rendering can get. I also like the fact that her necklace and outfit are simple, hence not drawing attention away from the face.
In short, Emma Watson should be proud that you did a sketch of her... Great job!
A beautiful piece. Truly stunning and well worth the look!
As a portrait, this piece has the beauty and stunning realism that we have come to expect from this artist, and the power he has shown in capturing the essence of a person. This rendition of Emma Watson is spectacular, her eyes captivate and entrance the audience, seeming to speak as she smiles enigmatically off the canvas.
There is one place I would not where the lines seemed to be slightly blurred. Near her left cheek as one is viewing, there is a strand of hair that lies on the very edge. In drawing this part, it appears as if there was a mishap, a softening of the lines that loses some of its clarity and easy definition. If this was on purpose or is simply an accident is unknown.
A truly spectacular piece, sir. I can't wait to see more of your work.
