'Alien' graphite drawing

Description

A graphite drawing of the xenomorph 'Alien. I have also done a graphite drawing of the 'Predator' to compliment this [link].

I decided to alter the drawing slightly from the original reference. Firstly i lifted the head a bit, so that i could open the mouth more and clearly see the second inner mouth. i also lifted the arm and moved the tail. And lastly i added saliva to the mouth, and the gunk on the tail was supposed to be blood but it could be from a human or another species or a synthetic.

Here are some of my other 'fanart' graphite drawings.

Drawing was done on A3 bristol board using standard and mechanical graphite pencils.

This is the picture that i referenced [link]

I must say that this piece was chillingly realistic. I am a tremendous fan of the Alien Series, enjoying the fear and the sense of power they radiate. This drawing exudes the same as the creatures on the screen. You have done a tremendously good job with this, I half-thought I saw the bloody thing move, so that tells you how good the drawing is.

The detail on the inner jaw is fantastic, and the ridges, bumps, and organic shapes on the side of the head and upper mantle, plus along its back are most faithfully recreated. Congratulations.

Just a quick question, were you planning on doing one of the facehugger or queen? I would especially like to know if you had or were going to do one of those, or the Marines in Aliens. That would be cool.

You are a fantastic artist sir, and I commend your ingenuity and workmanship.
